Purpose: This study aims to evaluate the importance and satisfaction of relief supplies from the beneficiaries' perspective and provide insights for their improvement. Method: A survey was conducted with 271 disaster victims in Cianjur, Indonesia. Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and statistical tools were used to analyze the data and identify group differences. Result: Essential items such as cooking utensils and food were rated highest in both importance and satisfaction, whereas hygiene products and sanitizers received lower ratings. Significant differences were found between male and female recipients. The high importance placed on garbage bags suggests a need for improved waste management in disaster areas. Conclusion: The study highlights the need for continuous management, prompt improvement, and prioritization of relief items based on beneficiary characteristics.
