Purpose: This study aims to propose a system that can more effectively protect victims by detecting signs of abnormalities in the body even when the wearer cannot press the emergency button and preparing preventive measures to prevent recidivism and prevent relational crimes. Method: By comparing and analyzing the existing smartwatch model and the proposed model, the efficiency of the quantum model was evaluated and the differences in function and operation were examined. Result: Various sensors detect signs of abnormalities in the body, and when abnormal signs are identified, alarm mode is activated to operate the smartwatch's self-response mode and the crime response module linked to external organizations at the same time. In addition, an integrated DB function was added to store data processed in each response mode and use it to prevent future recidivism Conclusion: The model proposed in this study detected abnormalities in advance even when the emergency button could not be pressed, and proposed that the response mode linked to the smartwatch and external institutions be activated at the same time. Through this, it can be said that it is meaningful to prevent recidivism of relational crimes and minimize damage.
연구목적: 본 연구는 다양한 센서가 탑재된 스마트워치를 활용하여, 착용자가 긴급 버튼을 누르지 못하는 상황에서도 신체 이상 징후를 감지하여 관계성범죄의 재범 방지 및 사전 예방 대응 방안을 마련하여보다 효과적으로 피해자를 보호할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 연구방법: 기존 피해자신변보호용 스마트워치 모델과 제안모델을 비교·분석하여, 양자 모델의 효율성을 평가하며 기능 및 운영상의 차이점을 검토하였다. 연구결과: 다양한 센서를 통해 스마트워치 착용자의 신체 이상 징후를 감지하고 분석하며, 이상 징후가 확인되면 알람 모드를 활성화하여 스마트워치의 자체 대응 모드와 외부 기관과 연계된 범죄 대응 모듈을 동시에 작동시킨다. 또한, 통합 DB 기능을 추가하여 각각의 대응 모드에서 처리된 데이터를 저장하고, 이를 활용해 향후 재범 발생을 예방할 수 있도록 하였다. 결론: 본 연구에서 제안한 모델은 긴급버튼을 누를 수 없는 상황에서도 사전에 이상 징후를 감지하여, 스마트워치와 외부기관을 연계한 대응모드가 동시에 활성화되도록 제안하였다. 이러한 제안은 다른 범죄에 비해 재범율이 상대적으로 높은 관계성 범죄를 예방하고 피해를 최소화하는 데 중요한 의미를 가진다 할 것이다.
