The Impact of BCM Internalization in Public Institutions on Organizational Effectiveness: The Moderating Effect of the Learning Support Environment

Abstract
Purpose: The objective of this research is to investigate the influence of internalizing Business Continuity Management (BCM) on organizational effectiveness and to verify the moderating effect of the learning support environment through empirical analysis. Method: Data were collected on G Facilities Management Corporation and measurement tools related to business continuity management (BCM) internalization, organizational effectiveness, and learning support environment were used. To examine the relationships among the variables and the moderating role of the learning support environment, multiple regression analysis, Hayes' PROCESS macro (Model 1), and simple slope analysis were employed. Result: Internalization of Business Continuity Management (BCM) had a positive effect on organizational effectiveness, and only supervisor support showed a moderating effect that significantly strengthened the relationship between BCM internalization and organizational effectiveness. Conclusion: The internalization of BCM plays an important role in enhancing organizational sustainability and effectiveness, and the strengthening of the learning support environment, especially supervisor support, is an essential factor to consider for the successful establishment of business continuity management (BCM) internalization and the improvement of organizational effectiveness.

연구목적: 본 연구는 BCM내재화가 조직효과성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 학습지원환경의 조절효과를 실증적으로 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: G시설관리공단을 대상으로 데이터를 수집하여, BCM내재화, 조직효과성, 학습지원환경과 관련된 측정 도구를 활용하였다. 다중회귀분석과 Hayes의 SPSS PROCESS 매크로(Model 1), 단순기울기 분석을 통해 각 변수 간의 관계와 학습지원환경의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과: BCM 내재화는 조직효과성에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 학습지원환경 중 상사지원만이 BCM 내재화와 조직효과성 간의 관계를 유의미하게 강화하는 조절효과를 보였다. 결론: BCM 내재화는 조직의 지속 가능성과 효과성을 높이는 데 중요한 역할을 하며, 학습지원환경, 특히 상사지원의 강화는 BCM내재화의 성공적인 정착과 조직효과성 향상을 위해 반드시 고려해야 할 요소이다.
