Abstract

Purpose: The purpose is to analyze the characteristics of industrial accidents in logistics centers, identify risk factors for each task that may occur during work, compare and analyze the structure of accident causes in industrial accident theory, and suggest safety management measures. Method: This paper analyzed risk factors for each task considering the characteristics of logistics centers and conducted research on ways to improve safety management. Result: The improvement measures for the fundamental causes are safety organization, safety education, and establishment of a safety culture, and the secondary indirect causes are risk assessment and regularization of safety inspection manuals for each task. Lastly, the primary direct cause is the systemization of the safety inspection manual, suggesting the routineization of safety through the development and use of a smartphone app. Conclusion: In order to establish a logistics center safety system, it is necessary to develop and actively utilize a smartphone app in relation to the establishment of a smart logistics safety management system.

연구목적: 물류센터 산업재해 특성을 분석하고 작업 수행 시, 발생 될 수 있는 작업별 위험요인을 파악하여 산업재해 이론의 재해 원인 구조와 비교 분석하여 안전관리 대책 방안을 제시함에 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 본 논문은 물류센터 특성을 고려한 작업 별 위험 요인을 분석하여 안전관리 개선방안 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과: 근본적인 원인에 대한 개선방안은 안전 조직화, 안전교육, 안전 문화 정착이며, 2차적 간접적인 원인은 위험성평가, 작업별 안전점검 매뉴얼 상시화이다. 마지막으로 1차적 직접적인 원인은 안전점검 매뉴얼 시스템화로 스마트폰앱 개발과 활용을 통한 안전의 일상화를 제시하였다. 결론: 물류센터 안전시스템의 정착화를 위해 스마트 물류안전관리시스템의 구축과 관련하여 스마트폰 앱 개발과 적극적 활용이 필요하다.
