Purpose: This study aims to apply the improvement criteria and guidelines derived from the 「Development of Logistics Facility Fire Safety and Risk Management Technology」 project to actual logistics facility design, thereby verifying the feasibility of design reflection and the effectiveness of fire safety improvement. Method: The research method was to classify and analyze the 15 developed standards and guidelines, then select four items that can be directly applied to design and conduct a case-based design application analysis to reflect them in actual logistics warehouse design drawings. Result: As a result of case application, all four standards and guidelines were confirmed to have design improvements that improved fire and evacuation safety compared to existing ones. Conclusion: This study confirmed that the selected standards and guidelines are sufficiently applicable in the actual design stage, and suggested that for future institutionalization, it is necessary to reorganize the article system, provide explanatory notes, and enhance quantitative performance standards.
연구목적: 본 연구는 「물류시설 화재 안전성 및 위험도 관리 기술 개발」과제에서 도출된 개선 기준 및 지침안을 실제 물류시설 설계에 적용하여, 설계 반영 가능성과 화재안전성 향상 효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 연구방법은 개발된 15개 기준안·지침안을 분류 및 분석한 후, 설계에 직접 적용 가능한 4개 항목을 선정하여 실제 물류창고 설계 도면에 반영하는 사례 기반 설계 적용 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과: 사례 적용 결과, 4개 기준안·지침안 모두 기존 대비 화재·피난 안전성을 향상시키는 설계적 개선 효과를 확인하였다. 결론: 본 연구는 선정된 기준안·지침안이 실제 설계 단계에서 충분히 적용 가능함을 확인하였으며, 향후 제도화를 위해 조문 체계 정비, 해설서 제공, 정량적 성능기준 고도화가 필요함을 제시하였다.
