Abstract
Purpose: To present a technical strategy for developing a safety management system using helicopter data in the urban air traffic (AAM) field. This study aims to identify preemptive prevention and improvement measures necessary for the commercialization of AAM. Method: A process for developing safety management technology applicable to AAM was proposed through analysis of helicopter data characteristics. Processes were designed for data collection and integration, real-time risk detection, predictive maintenance, and performance evaluation indicator development. Result: Four key elements utilizing helicopter data were derived as a technical strategy for AAM safety management. Conclusion: These factors will contribute to enhancing the stability and safety of AAM operations by detecting potential risks in urban environments in advance and providing effective maintenance and response measures. In particular, data-based predictive safety management measures are expected to play an important role in increasing the efficiency of urban air traffic operations.
연구목적: 도심항공교통(AAM) 분야에서 헬리콥터 데이터를 활용하여 안전 관리 체계 개발을 위한 기술적 전략을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 통해 AAM 상용화에 필요한 선제적 예방 및 개선 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 연구방법: 헬리콥터 데이터의 특성 분석을 통해 AAM에 적용할 수 있는 안전관리 기술개발 프로세스를 제안하였다. 데이터 수집 및 통합, 실시간 위험 감지, 예측 유지보수, 성과 평가 지표 개발 프로세스를 설계하였다. 연구결과: AAM 안전 관리를 위한 기술적 전략으로서 헬리콥터 데이터를 활용한 네 가지 핵심 요소를 도출하였다. 결론: 이러한 요소들은 도심 환경에서 발생할 수 있는 위험을 사전에 감지하고, 효과적인 유지보수 및 대응 방안을 제공함으로써 AAM 운영의 안정성과 안전성을 강화하는 데 기여할 것이다. 특히, 데이터 기반의 예측적 안전 관리 방안이 도심항공교통 운영의 효율성을 높이는 데 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.
