Purpose: This study aims to analyze the major risk factors that repeatedly occur in demolition work and to propose customized safety management measures for each work process. The ultimate goal is to provide fundamental data for developing a practical risk assessment checklist. Method: A total of 172 demolition work accident cases registered in the Construction Safety Information System (CSI) were analyzed, from which 104 risk factors were identified. Expert evaluations and severity–frequency weighted analyses were then conducted to determine the priority of risk factors for each work process. Based on these results, safety management improvement measures were proposed. Result: The analysis revealed that major risk factors were concentrated in high-place work and heavy material handling tasks. In terms of accident types, “falls” and “cuts/stabs” accounted for the highest proportions. The weighted analysis identified the priority order of risk factors for each work process, and corresponding customized safety management measures were proposed. Conclusion: This study proposes process-specific safety management measures applicable to demolition work sites, which can contribute to accident prevention and the minimization of safety incidents.
연구목적: 연구목적: 본 연구는 해체공사에서 반복적으로 발생하는 주요 위험요인을 분석하고, 공정별 맞춤형 안전관리 대책을 제시함으로써 실효성 있는 위험성 평가 체크리스트 개발을 위한 기초자료를 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 건설공사 안전관리 종합정보망(CSI)에 등재된 172건의 해체공사 사고사례를 분석하여 총 104개의 위험요인을 도출하였다. 이후 전문가 평가와 강도·빈도 가중치 분석을 실시하여 공정별 위험요인의 우선순위를 산정하고, 이를 바탕으로 안전관리 개선방안을 제안하였다. 연구결과: 분석 결과, 주요 위험요인은 고소작업과 중량물 취급 작업에서 집중적으로 나타났으며, 재해유형은 ‘떨어짐’과 ‘베임/찔림’이 높은 비중을 차지하였다. 가중치 분석을 통해 공정별 위험요인의 우선순위를 도출하였고, 이에 따른 맞춤형 안전관리 대책을 제시하였다. 결론: 본 연구는 해체공사에 적용 가능한 공정별 안전관리 대책을 제안함으로써, 사고 예방과 안전사고 최소화에 기여할 수 있다.
