Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the risk factors of repainting work during apartment maintenance work, develop a checklist, and apply it on site. Method: We reviewed laws and regulations related to safety and risk assessment of apartment repainting work, analyzed accident cases related to repainting work using the Construction Safety Management Integrated Information Network (CSI), and derived risk factors for each type of work. Result: Considering the characteristics of small-scale construction projects in apartment complexes and based on industrial safety and health standards, a checklist including risk reduction measures for each type of work was created and applied to the site to analyze risk factors and suggest countermeasures. Conclusion: The aim was to develop and apply a checklist that can be practically used in apartment repainting work, thereby providing practical help in preventing safety accidents during apartment repainting work.

연구목적: 본 연구는 공동주택 유지보수공사 중 재도장공사의 위험요인을 분석하여 체크리스트를 개발하고 현장에서 적용할 수 있게 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 공동주택 재도장공사의 안전 및 위험성평가와 관련된 법과 제도를 검토하고, 재도장공사의 사고사례를 건설공사 안전관리 종합정보망(CSI)에서 분석하여 공종별 위험요소를 도출하였다. 연구결과: 공동주택 소규모공사의 특성을 고려하고 산업안전보건기준에 근거해 공종별 위험성 감소대책을 포함한 체크리스트를 작성하여 이를 현장에 적용해 위험요인 분석과 대책을 제시하였다. 결론: 공동주택 재도장공사에서 현실적으로 사용할 수 있는 체크리스트를 개발하고 적용하여 공동주택 재도장공사에서 안전사고를 예방하는데 실질적인 도움이 되고자 하였다.
