Purpose: This study aimed to empirically analyze the impact of a BCMS competency training program developed for a large domestic life insurance company on employees' BCM internalization, security attitudes, security behaviors, and disaster response capabilities. Methods: A survey was conducted using a pre-post design that compared participants (experimental group) with non-participants (control group). The effectiveness of the training was analyzed using independent samples t-tests and analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). Results: The participants showed significantly higher levels of BCM internalization, security attitudes, security behaviors, and disaster response capabilities than the control group, particularly in the areas of training internalization, risk sensitivity, and judgment. Conclusion: This study demonstrates that BCMS training programs can significantly enhance employees' disaster response-related competencies and suggests that incorporating training internalization strategies can further strengthen the effectiveness of BCMS.
연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 국내 대형 생명보험사를 대상으로 개발된 BCMS 역량 증진 교육프로그램이 구성원의 BCM내재화, 안전태도, 안전행동, 재난대응력에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 교육참여자(실험군)와 비참여자(통제군)를 비교하는 사전-사후 설계를 기반으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 독립표본 t검정과 공변량분석(ANCOVA)을 통해 교육효과성을 분석하였다. 연구결과: 교육참여자는 BCM내재화, 안전태도, 안전행동, 재난대응력 항목에서 통제군보다 유의미하게 높은 수준을 보였으며, 특히 훈련내재화와 위험민감성, 판단력항목에서 뚜렷한 개선 효과가 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구는 BCMS 교육프로그램이 구성원의 재난 대응관련 역량을 실질적으로 향상시킬 수 있음을 보여주었으며, BCMS의 실효성을 높이기 위해서는 교육의 내재화 전략이 병행되어야 함을 시사한다.
