Abstract
Purpose: This study was conducted to suggest ways to improve evacuation safety through analysis of the risk of fire in cold logistics warehouses. Method: The presented problems were derived by comparing and analyzing CCTV images of cold logistics warehouses where actual fires occurred and evacuation and evacuation times obtained by performing evacuation simulations. Result: It was found that the time the occupants witnessed the fire and evacuated was more than 30 seconds short of evacuating to a safe place compared to the results of the evacuation simulation when the fire fighting facility was not operating. Conclusion: In order to secure evacuation safety, first, to prevent arbitrary manipulation of fire fighting facilities such as interlocking stops. Second, to avoid using urethane foam interior materials such as non-combustible and semi-non-combustible interior materials. Third, proper installation of fire prevention compartments. and fourth, to establish a system for safe evacuation in case of emergency by repeated evacuation drills by occupants is expected to reduce property and human damage.
연구목적: 저온 물류창고 화재의 위험성 분석을 통한 피난안전 개선방안을 제시하기 위해 본 연구가 수행되었다. 연구방법: 실제 화재가 발생한 저온 물류창고의 CCTV 영상과 피난시뮬레이션을 수행하여 얻은 피난 및 대피 시간을 비교, 분석하여 제시된 문제점을 도출하였다. 연구결과: 소방시설이 작동하지 않는 상황에서 재실자들이 화재를 목격하고 대피를 한 시간이 피난시뮬레이션 수행 결과와 비교하여 안전장소로 대피하기까지 약 30초 이상 부족하였다는 결과가 도출되었다. 결론: 피난안전성 확보를 위해서는 첫째, 연동정지 등 소방시설 임의 조작 방지, 둘째, 우레탄폼 내장재 사용을 지양하고 불연·준불연 내장재의 사용, 셋째, 방화구획의 적절한 설치, 넷째, 재실자들의 반복적인 피난훈련 실시로 유사시 안전한 대피를 할 수 있는 체계를 구축하는 것이 재산 및 인명피해를 줄일 것으로 판단된다.
