Purpose: This study utilizes 5-year panel data (N=2,573) to classify the heterogeneous recovery trajectories of injured workers and analyzes their relationship with labor market barriers to inform tailored policies. Method: K-means clustering was used to identify trajectory types, and Fisher's exact test compared job-seeking difficulties. Result: Three types were identified: 'Stable Recovery', 'Unstable Employment', and 'Chronic Vulnerability'. The Stable Recovery group, despite severe injury, maintained the highest income but showed the lowest life satisfaction (2.30), suggesting an 'Income-Satisfaction Paradox'. The largest Chronic Vulnerability group reported the highest barriers related to wage and working conditions. Conclusion: The findings suggest moving beyond uniform support to provide tailored strategies, such as well-being management for the severely injured and targeted employment support for the vulnerable.
