Abstract
Purpose: This study reflects the characteristics of the region, GIS spatial information analysis data, changes in the urban spatial structure reflecting the historicity of the region, administrative, financial, material, urban spatial structure characteristics, historical , Comprehensive analysis of the civilian support system, public support system, natural disasters, fires, and traffic accidents. Method: This study will utilize the overlapping analysis function and connectivity analysis function of GIS analysis. Analyze the relationship between disaster safety support facilities, analyze the sequence structure of the amount of change that changes over time, such as changes in the disaster environment, and propose a network structure for the optimal support system. Results: By using the buffering analysis function, a certain area adjacent to the disaster risk zone in a specific space is calculated, and the importance is determined through the weight analysis function to derive a priority change target of the disaster safety system. Conclution: Using the terrain analysis function, it was analyzed in a three- dimensional shape, and the analysis results were proposed in connection with policy alternatives.
연구목적: 본 연구는 지역의 특성을 반영하여 재난관리 지원체계의 사각지대를 도출하기 위하여 GIS 공간정보 분석자료, 지역의 역사성을 반영한 도시공간구조의 변화, 행정적, 재정적 , 물질적, 도시공간구조 특성, 역사적 , 민간부문의 지원체계, 대민지원체계, 자연재난, 화재, 교통사고 등의 재난피해현황 등을 종합적으로 분석하였다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 GIS분석의 중첩 분석기능, 연결성 분석기능 등을 활용할 것이다. 재난안전 지원시설간의 관계를 분석하여, 재난환경의 변화와 같이 시간에 따라 변화되는 변화량의 계열 구조를 분석하고 최적 지원체계를 위한 네트워크 구조를 제시하였다. 연구결과: 버퍼링 분석기능을 활용하여 특정 공간 재난위험지역에 인접한 일정 영역을 계산하고, 가중치 분석기능을 통해 중요도를 결정하여 재난안전체계의 우선적인 변화대상을 도출하였다. 결론: 지형 분석기능을 활용하여 3차원적 형상으로 분석하여 분석결과를 정책대안으로 연계하여 제안하였다.
